Driver arrested after viral assault on female TikToker in Lahore

LAHORE — A driver who allegedly tortured his employer, a female TikToker, in Lahore’s Gujjar Pura neighbourhood has been taken into custody, police said. The victim posted a video statement describing the attack, prompting Gujjar Pura police to arrest the main suspect. According to investigators, the man was employed as a personal driver for the family and, together with his wife, inflicted physical abuse driven by jealousy and greed. He has now been transferred to the police investigation wing for further questioning.

In a separate incident earlier in the day, authorities registered a case against an unidentified youth after a video showing him performing dangerous one‑wheel stunts on a motorcycle with a girl went viral on social media. The complaint was filed by the Incharge Traffic Cantt following a notice issued by Chief Traffic Officer Farhan Aslam of Rawalpindi. After the First Information Report was lodged, police began reviewing Safe City surveillance footage across the city to locate the suspect, but no arrests have been made so far.
